Please note: The unit is designed for quick installation and does not require any wiring unless you opt to interconnect multiple units. You can connect up to 25 units together using a standard 2-wire cable for larger sites and premises. Wireless linking is not supported.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
Customized Orders: Refunds are not offered for customized orders, including Stair Nosing, Height Bars, Modular Rail, or Signage, Stencils, Powder coating
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Include the order number to process the return.
Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, including transit time and bank processing.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us promptly with your order number and product details. We will provide swift instructions for the return process.
Please note that postage for returned goods is the responsibility of the sender. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, excluding the initial delivery charge unless the return aligns with statutory rights (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
