If something goes wrong, SOS alerting ensures you can get help.

Rest assured, your SOS and GPS coordinates will be sent to Zoleo 24/7 monitoring/dispatch partner (GEOS). You'll get confirmation that your alert was received, and if it was a false alarm you can cancel it.

• Check-in Button

Easily check in with one button press to let others know you're OK.

Your check-in message will be sent to your check-in contact(s). You can also include your GPS coordinates if desired. ZOLEO makes it easy to let them know you're OK so they rest easy.

Location Share+ (Add-on subscription)

Location Share+ enables ZOLEO users to share their location with their check-in contacts, on a user-selected interval from every 6 minutes to 4 hours. ZOLEO users and check-in recipients will be able to use the free ZOLEO app to view the current location and breadcrumb trail on a map. ZOLEO users can start/stop location sharing any time, and also download maps for use offline. Location Share+ is an optional add-on subscription*, that includes unlimited Location Share+ and check in messages!

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times can vary. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. For rural and remote locations delivery time will typically be between 5-10 business days from dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide, however some remote locations / islands are excluded.

DELIVERY NOTE: Please do not use P.O. Box, parcel collect or Aus Post addresses as most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. 

Return Policy

Please find our Payments and Returns policy below. Please note if a product has been used in anyway, we are unable to accept it for return.

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.

All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
