The shipment of your product will only occur once we have received full payment. We aim to dispatch all available products within 2 working days. As part of our service, we offer complimentary curbside delivery across Australia. Please ensure that someone is available to assist with the delivery on the scheduled day.
For freight deliveries, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Victoria: Your order is expected to arrive between 3 - 5 working days after it has been placed.
All other states: Your order is expected to arrive between 5 - 10 working days after it has been placed.

We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to change of mind. On rare occasions, if a change of mind request is approved, an admin fee of $199 + GST will incur. The buyer will also be responsible for any courier charges for returned products.
