DISPLAY IMAGE SIZING DISCLAIMER
Please note that our website images were taken on display beds which are smaller and not equivalent to any standard size bed. Our comforters and quilts will cover the surface of the bed but will not extend to the floor like the images shown.
We suggest going up 1 or 2 sizes if you wish to achieve a similar effect to the images.
- Please allow 2 - 9 business days for delivery
- We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast
- Goods do not cope with reasonable use and break within their 12 month warranty.
- Goods have a major fault which could not be identified at the time of sale.
- Goods have been damaged during transit.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. Please Note:
- Postage is paid by the customer
- The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
- A 15% restocking fee will charged for a change of mind return.
Return Period
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
Defective, damaged during transit or incorrect Item received
If an item is returned within the warranty period that is mechanically defective, is not the item you ordered or was damaged during transit, a replacement or refunded will be provided.
Restocking Fee
If an item is returned within 30 days due to a sudden change of mind, or simply by finding a cheaper price elsewhere, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
