The shampoo gently cleanses while delivering anti-dandruff actives and soothing botanicals to the scalp. Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage gently into scalp, focusing on areas with flaking or irritation. Leave on for 1-2 minutes to allow ingredients to work, then rinse thoroughly. No responsibility will be taken if item is lost after posting that have a confirmed delivery from either Australia Post or the Courier companies that we use. As we are not the transport company, we cannot be held responsible once a product has been delivered to your nominated location.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
