Christmas tree requires some assembly also branches will require fanning out & sprucing to achive the full look of the photo. Make sure the pinecones are evenly placed for an easy on the eye look.

What Decorations will work well with this tree?

Being such a lush and full tree with the absolute maximum amount of lights any tree could have you have so many options with decorations. We have added golds, champagnes and ivory to this tree which gives a soft and whimsicle feel, but pinks, reds or any other colour works so well with this tree! The addition of floral picks and decorative baubles really makes this tree stand tall and adds so much to the incredible tree. Although if you're not feeling decorations this year don't worry! This tree is absolutely perfect with no decorations at all.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, excluding original postage costs.
Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.

You are required to open and check all the items thoroughly as soon as you receive then and report to us strictly within 24 hrs if there is any issue via email only. Pictures must also be attached

No damaged/missing item claims accepted after 48 hours of goods received

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, on exchanges, we provide the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. If the item is being returned as a result of an error by Amazing Christmas and you have received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund reasonable return postage costs after it has been returned for inspection.

On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.
Please add any packing list or shipping certificate supplied by us if available to avoid customs and duties when we receive the item back.

• All our Christmas trees come with a 3 year Warranty

• All othe item have a 12 month warranty

The item arrived damaged or missing parts

• All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.

• All claims for damaged items must be made within a reasonable time frame. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

• No responsibilities accepted for any damages after installation
