Featuring a HEPA filter with activated carbon, this air purifier has a CADR, known as Clean Air Delivery Rate, of 205m³/h and an area coverage of 24m² for high level air purification. With four fan speeds, you can choose from low, medium, high or sleep mode. The intelligent sleep mode senses the light in the room and self-adjusts the fan speed while dimming the indicator lights, perfect for a good night's rest. Enjoy a low noise level, air quality sensor to display the indoor air quality through light colour, and a filter replacement indicator. The auto mode allows the fan speed to self-adjust based on the current air quality level, displaying blue for very good air quality at sleep mode speed, green for good air quality at low speed, orange for unhealthy air quality at medium speed and red for hazardous air quality at high speed. You can also choose a set time of two, four or eight hours of purification time before the air purifier powers off. Alternatively, the brilliant memory will remember the fan speed.
 
We recommend replacing the filters about every six to eight months, sooner or later depending on the frequency of use and pollution level in the environment. The filter replacement indicator will illuminate on the touch screen and an increased operating noise coupled with decreased airflow will signal it is time to change out the size 17.6cm x 18cm HEPA filter. Changing the filter is as simple as twisting open the bottom of the air purifier and swapping out the filter. This air purifier comes pre-packaged with one HEPA filter. Always ensure the packaging is removed first before inserting the filter into the air purifier.

Change of mind requests

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product should have the same condition as it was received.
• Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Must return within 14-days

For returns due to change of mind, the cost of the freight to return the item shall be paid by the customer.

To start a return, please send the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Warranty Claims
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. Should you receive a defective unit, please send us a short video demonstrating the issue.

Refunds/replacement are only processed should the unit be deemed unrepairable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Incorrect item Received

Please reach out to us and send a picture of the item you received. We will send you a return label and either refund your order or, replace it with the correct one once we receive the unit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
