We provide a 365-day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products. This is on top of the 3-12 month manufacturers' warranty already provided with many of our products (please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty period).
The manufacturers' warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of products.

If for whatever reason you're not happy with your product(s), we'll gladly refund you the total product(s) value once we've received the product(s) back at our warehouse. What's more, shipping back to us is completely free - now that's total peace of mind!
