After Dark is a wispy, layered lash that will add definition to the eye to create a gorgeously eye-opening finish.
Handmade and reusable for up to 10 wears, every lash pack also comes with latex free lash glue that is guaranteed to last up to 18 hours.
- Gently remove the eyelashes from the tray, measuring against your eye and trimming if necessary.
- Apply a thin line of lash adhesive along the band of the lashes, waiting about 30 seconds for the adhesive to become tacky.
- Press the lashes onto your natural lash line, using tweezers for precision, and adjust as needed for a perfect fit.
We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking so that you can monitor your shipment.
Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.
All shipments come with tracking included.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.
Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.
Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.
MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. While we assess all claims fairly in line with Australian Consumer Law, delays in reporting may limit our ability to verify and resolve the issue.
Depending on your situation, we may request photos and may require the item to be returned to our warehouse for assessment.
Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.
Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided, the item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
