The blade cover fits over the mixing knife, cove the blades and preventing them from coming into
contact with the ingredients, perfect for prepa slow cooker and sousvide dishes.
It's ly designed to snap into place on top of the mixer knife. It will stay in position when filling the
mixing bowl with liquids and throughout the cooking time, while the unique wave design ensures
even temperature distribution.
Made from high-quality, food-safe material, the Cover is the perfect addition to your cooker for
slow cooking and sous-vide dishes.
Further increasing the possibilities, the sheet cover makes slow cooked dishes even better. By
acting as a ber between the mixing knife and the ingredients in the Mixing Bowl, large chunks of
meat or vegetables will retain their shape, even after several hours of precise cooking.
Also beneficial for sous-vide cooking, almost the entire volume of the Mixing Bowl can now be
used, increasing the number of servings that can be made at one time. With a constant and even
circulation of water, beautifully tender dishes are guaranteed.
Please e that the slow and sous-vide cooking modes are only available for the Thermomix TM6.
The blade cover still works with thermoixtm5 and TM31, just set TM5 on reverse blade and use
speed 1.
