Koimari is a Western term for a brightly-coloured style of Arita ware. Koimari ware was exported to Europe since the second half of the 17th century. The smooth touch feeling, clear white porcelain surface and colourful painting add a vivid touch to your table settings. The plate's shape is inspired by the chrysanthemum flower ("Kikuwari" in Japanese), the size also makes it a practical piece for serving food or holding your special items.

Due to the production techniques used to make the beautiful products, the glaze may appear different to what was advertised. Slight colour variations & glaze idiosyncrasies are normal, making each product truly one of a kind There could be some differences in the colour and weight of the products.

Arita is a well known historical porcelain producing area with a 400 year history. When you look carefully at Arita porcelain products, you will see how they differ from other porcelains, particularly in the subtle tones of white and beautiful artwork. Arita is known as the home of Imari porcelain, internationally the most famous type of Japanese pottery. The distinctive Japanese Arita porcelain is renowned for its superb quality and the tradition of porcelain making dating back 400 years, when Korean potters first discovered kaolin, a superior quality white clay in Arita and introduced the art of pottery to Japan.

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Orignal postage and $2 handling fee will apply

   

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM 

We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and our customer care team will look after you.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
