Hokuriku Aluminium Food Preparation Tray (Set of 3)

Food preparation is made easy with these rectangular prep trays. Use it to season or prepare many kinds of food, or hold food items.

Made of anodized aluminium with excellent corrosion resistance. Anodized aluminium is sealed so that the metal cannot leach into food or react with acidic foods. Unlike ordinary, lightweight aluminium kitchenware, which is highly reactive to acidic foods (like tomatoes), anodized aluminium kitchenware is safe, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Given aluminium has good heat conduction, you can cool ingredients quicker when you put the ingredients in the fridge, this is particularly useful for cooling and hardening cold desserts.

Usage & Care Instructions

• Do not use in a microwave oven, oven or grill
• Do not heat it directly on a stove or other fire
• Remove all packaging and labels before use
• Do not put hot food or hot water in it and then hold it directly, as the high heat might burn your skin
• For cooling or freezing, make sure you leave the heated ingredients in room tempature for about 8 minutes before transferring it into the trays and putting it into the fridge
• Sudden temperature changes such as giving a sudden impact or pouring cold water on the heated body may cause deformation
• Hand wash only with mild detergent
• Wash and dry thoroughly after use
• Do not use metallic pads or harsh abrasive cleaners
• Do not soak

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Orignal postage and $2 handling fee will apply

   

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM 

We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and our customer care team will look after you.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
