This kit combines the Silicate, Phosphate, and Iodine/Iodide kits into one kit. MultiTest(TM) Reef Special performs over 75 tests and contains reference samples for validation.
Silicate
The silicate test measures silicates to less than 0.5 mg/L in marine or freshwater. This test measures soluble silicate and reports it as silicate concentration. To convert to silicon, multiply by 0.3.
Phosphate
The phosphate test measures inorganic phosphate to less than 0.05 mg/L, producing a unique easy to read yellow-green-blue color range in marine and freshwater; however, usually, freshwater phosphate concentrations will be beyond the range of this kit, and dilutions of the sample with distilled water will be required.
Iodine/Iodide
The iodine/iodide test offers a quantitative test for this important element of soft and hard coral growth. It measures iodine or iodide to less than 0.005 mg/L. The color scale peaks at 0.10 mg/L.

If you find you are not satisfied with an item that you have received, you are welcome to return it to us. We accept returns within 365 days of purchase when the item is in its original condition, with packaging & labels, unopened and unused. This does not include food, live plants or any other perishable items.
All returns within the 365 day period are required to include your receipt. Once we have received and accepted the returned item, a credit will be issued. Shipping or return shipping prices are not included in the refunded price.
You need to include the Return & Exchange Form along with the item(s) you are returning in their original condition and any packaging that came with it. Please note that whilst individual packaging can be opened, the box or container must not be ripped, damaged or the seals removed in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
