SCHLEICH WILD LIFE - FIRE SALAMANDER
Oh look, a Fire Salamander! Anyone who manages to spot this particularly beautiful amphibian in the forest or along a stream can count themselves lucky. Most of the time it prefers to move around at night. During the day it likes to hide in a hole in the ground or a cave. Thanks to it's striking black and yellow patterning, most animals keep their distance. They know it's a warning, letting them know it might be poisonous. This specimen here, however, can be stroked by friends without any danger.
Sitting on a mossy stone, it is quite easy to spot, especially since it is pretty large for an amphibian. It's bright body colour protects it from predators. They may admire its beauty, but it doesn't look good enough to eat.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
