If the item is damaged in transit during the return delivery, we are not under any obligation to provide a refund. Therefore, please ensure that you take out the appropriate level of insurance when sending the items back to us.
We do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges. All returns must be issued with a return authority number before the customer returns the goods to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of arrival.
