1. Due to the mix of granite and acrylic there may be a slight sparkle effect or natural spotting of the stone.
2. It is highly recommended that your stonemason or installer cuts your benchtop using the exact measurement of the actual sink.
3. Due to different personal measuring techniques, there might be 1-5mm error of the physical, Is not considered a Manufacturer warranty issue.
4. Please clean the stone sink with soft cloths only. Do not use heavy-duty scourer pads and stainless steel scourers.
5. Any surface faults like chips, scratches or fading is not considered to be a quality problem in normal use.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a return label so you don’t have to pay for return postage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
