1. The adapter is not compatible with devices which do not support the protocol of DP Alt Mode.

2. The adapter does not allow USB-C smartphones or tablets to connect to a VGA enabled display.

3. For certain monitors such as Philips 288P6, Dell P2715Q may turn on and off every minute as connected with a long VGA cable, we highly recommend using a short VGA cable within 5.9ft to connect your display for stable output.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a return label so you don’t have to pay for return postage.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
