PAW Manuka Wound Gel is a sterile medical grade wound dressing made from Leptospermum. sp (Manuka) honey (80%) and natural oils and waxes for wound management. It is ideal for dogs, cats, horses and other companion animals with wounds, burns, grazes and as a general first aid. PAW Manuka Wound Gel protects the wound while maintaining a natural p H, reduces and prevents contamination, assists in the removal of slough and nectrotic tissues, all of which encourage and maintain the healing process. Its special blend of natural waxes and oils reduces stinging upon application and being a non-adherent gel, it reduces trauma at dressing change, hastening the healing process that can be interrupted through cleaning and dressing changes.
