Fidos Oatmeal Conditioner is a stand?out combination of natural oatmeal extracts, aloe vera, baking soda, and rich conditioners. With its natural cleaning benefits, oatmeal extracts enhance skin and coat conditions. It moisturizes the skin, aids in itching problems, and forms a protective layer to your pets skin. Baking soda works as a deodorizing component that eliminates bad odors making the conditioner ideal for use in pets with dry, or malodorous skin.

Gentle on the skin, Fidos Oatmeal Conditioner is a soap-free formula that conditions, soothes and deodorizes the skin and coats of puppies, kittens, dogs and cats, leaving their fur shinier, softer and lustrous. The oatmeal conditioner can be used with long?term flea control treatments.

Depending on the location, orders are delivered within 3-10 business days.

In our experience, most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days but we do advise customers to allow for 10 working days.

In case of stock availability issues and Public Holidays, delivery times may take longer. If you do not receive your order within 21 business days of shipping, we will offer a refund or a reship unless the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Also, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery.

Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1. Vet Supply Australia will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items that

come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Vet Supply Australia, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Vet Supply Australia within 30 days.
