Packaging: The original box packaging must be used to protect the item from further damage during the return process. If the original packaging is unavailable, a 30% fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

Return Label: A prepaid return label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, the buyer can choose their own postal courier and will be liable for the return cost.
Refund Deductions:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we have received the product back in our warehouse.
If you opt for us to provide a return label, the return postage fee will be deducted from the refund.
