Venture 3 is both - a spacious and a compact tent - for three people with two entrances and two vestibules. The inner tent is set up first. The Venture 3 is a non-freestanding dome tent with a hybrid pole construction. The incomparable pole design ensures structural stability and increases space in both the internal living and vestibule areas. The generously designed doors make getting in and out of the tent particularly comfortable. Inner tent pockets offer space for otherwise odds and ends. The Venture 3 is a reliable three seasons tent. In its size scale the Venture 3 is a lightweight tent with 3.14 kg.

Wild Earth carriers use Authority to Leave (ATL). Also known as Safe Drop, means that a postman, courier or driver can leave a parcel at a recipient’s home if nobody is home. The driver will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property.

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer returns within 80 days from the date of your order. We gladly provide refunds for items that are in new, unused, and original condition. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items. Additionally, you have the option to return your online orders in-store.

We can provide a refund where the returned item is subject to the following;

The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.

Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags. 

That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.  

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.

*Please note all size guides are provided by suppliers and although we do our best to ensure these are accurate, they can vary person to person and brand to brand. If an item does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and process a store credit or a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Exchange or credit

We don’t offer "item for item" exchanges as we can’t guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer. Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Wild Earth will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product returned for evaluation is to be in a clean and dry condition. If otherwise Wild Earth will return items to customers address on warranty form.

Wild Earth is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We suggest returns are sent with tracking information to confirm delivery.

• Especially at a polyester fabric with a PU coating, it is helpful if the stress points are supported. As a result, the force does not act selectively, but is spreaded over a larger area.
• The guy ropes are reflective. They can be adjusted with the help of the Linelock and the guyline flags ensure that the lines are clearly visible and always in order.
• With the help of apex ventilation flaps air flow is increased between the inner and flysheets, helping regulate humidity and temperature. They are securely sewn into the seams. They do not have to pulled open and can be closed with Velcro fastenings to prevent them flapping noisily in the wind.
• The pole-endtips and pole-channels are color coded for easy pitching
• The tunnel tents have a rectangular cut and do not taper at the foot end. A rectangular floor plan is particularly useful for thick sleeping mats so that the mats do not overlap at the foot end.
• Double loops allow two different tensioning options.
• The inner tent is made of a breathable and water-repellent fabric, which enables condensation water not to penetrate the inside of the tent, but rolls off the outside of the inner tent. The door of the innertent are
• equipped in the upper half with mosquito net. This ensures a good exchange of air without causing an uncomfortable draft in the tent.
• The connection between the inner and outer tent is practical and sustainable. The rubber can be knotted tighter or easily replaced if necessary.
