Suited to keep sauces and soups at the right serving temperature. Contains a stainless steel Bain-Marie insert with carrier ring, double handle lid and temperature control with pilot light. When set on the maximum setting the water pan will be heated to approximately 80˚C with a possible variance of 10˚C. Overheating of water is protected by the safety thermostat, which cuts off at 118˚C.
