A Rare & Unrepeatable Tasmanian Honey - Born from a Changing Climate

In early 2023, our beekeepers harvesting Leatherwood honey on Tasmania's wild West Coast made an unexpected discovery. The Leatherwood, Manuka and Eucalyptus trees - giants of this ancient landscape - were flowering simultaneously, something rarely seen before.

Unable to separate the flora, the bees created something entirely new. When extracting the honey, the distinctive aroma from the hive frames told our beekeepers immediately: this was no ordinary Leatherwood season. After tasting, the decision was unanimous - this honey had to be bottled.

The result is our Tasmanian Wildflower Honey - a naturally complex blend of Leatherwood, Manuka and Eucalyptus nectars, with an amazing texture and layered flavour profile unlike anything else we produce.

Please note: Due to the natural variation in nectar sources, each new batch will differ in taste, colour and texture - making every jar a truly unique experience.
