This is an original Dyson spare part.
The lower ball assembly includes the electrical cord rewind system and wheels. The only thing you need to do is reconnect the motor and assamble the vacuum cleaner back together.
If the lower body assembly is damaged, it can affect the vacuum's ability to move correctly, its balance, and its overall performance.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
