Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or realize you bought the wrong items, you can return it for a refund within the first 7 days. However, there's a restocking fee of 15%, with a minimum of $10. Here are the rules:

DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter. A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty.
