GraviTrax PRO Element Turntable
The GraviTrax PRO Element Turntable uses a mechanical turntable to rotate the passing balls. More control over the ball's path! With the PRO Turntable, passing balls cause a mechanical turntable to rotate. As a ball rolls down through the stone, it changes its direction and at the same time turns the turntable. This allows more variations in the track and control over the ball's path. Combined with any GraviTrax starter set, the GraviTrax PRO Element Turntable brings even more variety and ball fun to the GraviTrax universe.GraviTrax is a flexibly expandable, interactive ball track system for children aged 8 and over: With GraviTrax, children, teenagers and adults don't just build simple ball tracks. They create unique ball track worlds. By freely designing the ball tracks and researching the rolling behavior of the balls, the understanding of science is sharpened and gravity can be experienced first hand. The GraviTrax universe includes three exciting lines - CORE, PRO and POWER. All GraviTrax lines and products can be freely combined with one another. The GraviTrax universe can be expanded infinitely through countless extensions with classic building elements or bricks that enable special actions and tricks. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
