Items are sent through Australia Post parcel post (with tracking) or letter post (no tracking), depending on the size of the item.

• The item is within original packaging, and in re-sellable condition

Please Note: Change of mind returns are not available for calendars. 

If an item is damaged or faulty, and this damage is not caused by misuse or neglect, under The Australian Consumer Law, returns will be issued.
