Gabel telescopic poles in Carbon 3k for Mountaineering and Trekking. The IBEX is one of the poles in Gabel's Tech line for mountaineering and trekking in all seasons. Its ultra-light weight (ULTRA LIGHT) and the reliable locking system make it a product particularly appreciated by alpine guides and expert hikers. The stick is made up of five extensible sections in CARBON 3k, the exclusive Gabel fiber which allows you to obtain a stick that is 20% more resistant and 18% lighter than common carbon sticks. The WIRED Technology will allow you to bend the stick after the use for the smallest possible footprint (36cm-17'' XTL / 34cm-15" XTS), using a simple button. The different sections of the pole are joined together with a polymer-coated anti-cut cable. The advantage of this technology is to have a compact, light, space-saving and easily transportable pole. The FAST LOCK locking system on the first section allows an ideal external locking even at low temperatures. On the other sections the locking is entrusted to the WIRED technology. The IBEX is equipped with the comfortable and breathable ULTRA LITE handle in soft non-slip FOAM which, in addition to absorbing sweat, also offers numerous gripping points to facilitate upward thrust. The comfortable washable strap (02/70 TECH LITE) is treated with an antibacterial formula to allow prolonged use of the pole. Finally, the tungsten CARBIDE tip (05/15+08/15) guarantees firm traction on any type of rough or frozen terrain.

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer returns within 80 days from the date of your order. We gladly provide refunds for items that are in new, unused, and original condition. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items. Additionally, you have the option to return your online orders in-store.

We can provide a refund where the returned item is subject to the following;

The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.

Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags. 

That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.  

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and process a store credit or a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Exchange or credit

We don’t offer "item for item" exchanges as we can’t guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

We cannot provide a refund if you do not have proof of purchase from Wild Earth, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

Gift cards & promo codes can not be applied as a refund. Sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanged items.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer. Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Wild Earth will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product returned for evaluation is to be in a clean and dry condition. If otherwise Wild Earth will return items to customers address on warranty form.

Wild Earth is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We suggest returns are sent with tracking information to confirm delivery.
