Leave to age naturally outside your teak timber will change to a soft silver grey or if you wish to retain the golden brown colour treat with a teak sealer or protector - instructions are provided on how to care for your item.

Warranty Policy

All furniture products from Bay Gallery come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:

• Fabrics will be subject to fading, creasing and pilling;
• Foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time;
• Depending on the covering and the degree of use, the covering materials, cushion fillings and suspension may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser's expense;
• The fabric products are upholstered by hand and therefore, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any product specifications you have been quoted.

Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.

If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.

Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.
