The Duop All-In-One Set is a versatile cleaning tool designed to help users clean various surfaces easily and efficiently. "Duop" stands for "Dual Option," referring to its unique ability to be used both as a handheld tool and as a floor mop with an extendable pole.

The set includes the following components:

Duop Mop Heads: The mop head features a patented quickball system, which allows the head to rotate and pivot, providing flexibility for cleaning hard-to-reach areas. The quickball design also allows the head to be detached and used separately as a handheld cleaner. The set contains a small, medium and large cleaning head for different cleaning tasks.

Microfiber Cleaning Pads: The set comes with different microfiber pads in different sizes that can be attached to the mop head. These pads are designed for different types of cleaning tasks, such as dusting, scrubbing, or mopping. They are reusable and machine-washable, making them eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Extension Pole: The set includes a lightweight, extendable poles that can be attached to the mop head, allowing users to clean floors, walls, ceilings, and other high or low areas without the need for a ladder or bending down.

• 1 x small cleaning head (15 x 15cm)

• 1 x medium cleaning head (24 x 11cm)

• 1 x large cleaning head (36.5 x 11cm)

• 1 x 65cm aluminium extension handle

• 1 x aluminium telescoping handle - extends from 90cm to 155cm

• Includes 4 microfibre cleaning pads for each size cleaning head (2 x Cleaning, 1 x Scourer, 1 x Glass Pad - 12 pads total)

Delivery Time:

Your order will, in most cases, arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Sometimes delays can happen that are out of our control, such as delays by the couriers, lost packages, closures of postal services, and so on. 

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
