We offer a 30 days ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Incorrect Purchase’ return requests on products that are unused, unopened and the tamper seal, if present, is not broken; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject these return requests as abided by Australian Consumer Law. For orders where tracking shows that attempted delivery was unsuccessful and the parcel is subsequently returned to sender, we will charge a re-delivery fee to re-deliver, or a restocking fee if the customer elects to cancel the order.
