Appetito Ceramic Pie Weights prevent the bubbling and swelling of pastry, resulting in an even, crispier, flatter crust. Perfect for baking delectable pies, tarts, flans and quiches.
Instructions:
Place the rolled dough into the pie dish. Place parchment or waxed baking paper over the dough. Spread the pie weights evenly over the paper. Bake until cooked (as per recipe instructions). Lift the paper with the pie weights out of the dish and store for future use.
