The 40V Max Brushless Hedge Trimmer, UH009 is a lightweight hedge trimmer designed for high frequency commercial users. It features a 750mm bar length with 2 reciprocating blades. The rotating rear handle has 5 locking positions for comfortable operation whether you are cutting vertically or horizontally. The 3 stage speed control allows the user to adjust the operating strokes per minute and the reverse function operates to remove a jam.

We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.

We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:

• returned within 30 days of order;
• not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
• in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
• restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.

If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
