This service kit includes:
floor tool, 32mm - 270mm length (FLT003),
hose assembly, 32mm - 2m length (HOA013), and
two-piece wand, 32mm - chrome (WND002).
Ideal for use on both carpeted and hard floor surfaces, this floor tool can conveniently be switched between settings to either raise or lower the nylon bristles as needed. Suited for use with any 32mm vacuum wand.
Hose assembly and 32mm plastic bent handpiece with a screw-fit connector and a 2m hose to give a convenient reach.
Two piece chrome wand makes it both lightweight and durable. Users can adjust their reach accordingly by utilising one or both pieces.

We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 30 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
- restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
