Miele SF-HA 50 HEPA vacuum filter is world famous for its ability to remove and trap micro-particles. If you suffer from asthma or allergies, owning a Miele vacuum w/ a HEPA filter can greatly improve your quality of life. These filters remove dust spores, pet dander and almost every other pollutant (even the ones too small to be seen). Miele has provided a time strip on the side of the filter that can help you know when it is time to change your filter. We recommend you change your filter yearly, or every 50 hrs of use. This is to ensure that the filter is still removing all of the fine dust particles and also allowing for adequate airflow from your vacuum motor.

Refunds & Returns:
We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 30 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
- restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
