The Duo dry powder system cleans without the use of water. WOOLSAFE Approved. Sensitive Choice Approved.
The bulk refill carton can be used to refill the spot clean box 0478 or for use with the Duo Applicator for whole carpet cleaning.
To clean the entire carpet with SEBO Duo Applicator:
Spread duo-P Cleaning Powder supplied with Duo Applicator machine evenly over the carpet.
Work the powder into the carpet using the SEBO duo Applicator (machine).
Once the duo-P powder has absorbed all of the dirt and the area is dry to the touch (approximately 30 minutes), vacuum the area thoroughly.

Refunds & Returns:
We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 30 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
- restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
