Domestic vacuums are designed for light to moderate use in homes, where the frequency and intensity of cleaning are lower. In commercial areas, which tend to have higher foot traffic and more dirt or debris, domestic vacuums may wear out faster or break down, as they're not built to handle the increased demand.

Stick vacuums, especially cordless ones, typically have limited battery life. In a large commercial area, frequent recharging or stopping to swap batteries can disrupt cleaning operations. Similarly, their power may be insufficient for sustained cleaning sessions.

The Numatic Quick Commercial Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has up to 120 minutes running time, a large 1 litre dust capacity and a dust-free emptying system.

Numatic Quick compacts dust efficiently into a large filter pod, maximising vacuuming capacity and ensuring hygienic disposal of dust. It not only makes the emptying process shamelessly easy and hygienic, it also ensures that the vacuum cleaner stays clean and free from constant blockages in the dust canister.

Numatic Quick also comes with an ergonomic extension handle that enhances user comfort during bigger cleanups.

While domestic vacuums might be cheaper initially, their shorter lifespan, lower performance, and the need for more frequent repairs or replacements could end up being more costly in the long run compared to the Numatic Quick commercial-grade vacuum.

Sometimes delays can happen that are out of our control, such as delays by the couriers, lost packages, closures of postal services, and so on. 

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
