30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

1.Before installation, you need to compare the size and determine the position. You must first simulate the push-pull process to prevent the slide rail from being installed in the wrong direction.

2. Keep the slide rail and the fixed position on both sides parallel.

3. If you don't want to use screws on the bottom slide rail, you can use double-sided tape, which is convenient for later disassembly and will not damage the cabinet.
