DOA Returns:

The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.

Warranty Returns:

Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund.
