Salt of the Earth Celtic Sea Salt Fine 650g

Salt of the Earth Celtic Sea Salt Fine 650g is a finely ground sea salt for table seasoning and cooking. The crystals are slowly dried at a low temperature, then stone milled to produce a light, fluffy texture that dissolves easily.

Made in Australia from sea salt imported from France, this variety is unwashed, unrefined and additive-free. Its fine grind is useful when you want salt to blend through a dish rather than leave larger crystals on the surface.

Use it to season soups, sauces, vegetables and home-cooked meals, adding a little at a time and tasting as you go. The 650g pack suits regular kitchen use. Choose Fine for an already-ground salt; choose the moist Coarse variety when you prefer larger crystals, or Low Temp Dried Coarse when buying specifically for a grinder. These are different textures, so select by how you plan to use the salt.
