Change of mind requests
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product should have the same condition as it was received.
- Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Must return within 14-days
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of the freight to return the item shall be paid by the customer.
To start a return, please send the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Warranty Claims
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. Should you receive a defective unit, please send us a short video demonstrating the issue.
Refunds/replacement are only processed should the unit be deemed unrepairable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Incorrect item Received
Please reach out to us and send a picture of the item you received. We will send you a return label and either refund your order or, replace it with the correct one once we receive the unit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
