Nami is a tactile collection of beautiful Japanese porcelain sets which blur the boundaries between traditional and contemporary design. It features raised geometric patterning in the heritage colours of indigo blue and white; this colour palette, with its delicate patterning creates the perfect canvas for the vibrant ingredients of Asian cuisine. Distributed by Noritake for a partner Japanese factory, the Nami collection is truly authentic Japanese tableware and is chip resistant, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Dispatch closure
Our warehouse is closed between 24th December 2024 and 2nd January, 2025. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
