We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.
Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
There are some extra-remote or off-shore areas that will charge extra postage fees and some are unable to deliver. We will first contact you and ask about your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.

If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)
