All products ship from our Sydney warehouse.

For smaller items, we use Australia Post. For larger items, we use either Direct Freight Express or StarTrack.

Delivery charges are free for Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide. Delivery charges apply outside of those areas.

Tracking numbers are provided when we dispatch the item.

Change of Mind– new products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns postage cost is not covered.

Warranty – everything new has 12 months against faulty craftsmanship. During that time we will repair, replace or substitute for similar (product or condition), at our discretion.
