Feeding methods
Mealworms can be thrown on the ground/grass to encourage natural foraging or hand fed to tame the most reluctant of chickens/birds. They can also be rehydrated in water or olive oil (for an extra amino acid boost). For an extra cooling treat in summer, freeze some in water and add to a wide mouthed drinking vessel for some intellectual exercise that will reward them with their favourite treat.
