Keep your little one safe by locking doors and cupboards using these safety locks. Easy to fit and simple to use, and with no tools required.

1st Steps Sliding Locks provide easy access for adults but difficult for young children to open cabinets & drawers!

• Easily installed
• Suitable for use on the top or side of most cabinets
• Prevents young children from opening cabinets/cupboards

Usage & Care:

• Press and hold buttons in the middle of the Slide Lock, and slide middle piece of the sliding lock bars. Place lock bars horizontally over cabinet or cupboard door knobs or handles, and thread the middle piece back onto the sliding bars, pushing it across to fit securely up against door knobs/handles

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the product is received. The item should be unopened, sealed and in a saleable condition. Return postage will be at customer's cost.

• Media - Books and unsealed CDs, DVDs & Video Games
• Assembled furniture
• Digital Goods (download codes etc.)
• Personalized/Made to order Goods
• Earphones/Headphones (if package has been opened)
• Large/Bulky Appliances
• Any merchandise where the GST has been claimed under the Tourist Refund Scheme, unless proof of repayment of the GST upon return to Australia is provided

• Tissues and serviettes
• Medicinal (pain relief)
• Cleaning (Examples: antibacterial wipes, sprays and cleaners, disposable gloves)
• Feminine hygiene and incontinence

For faulty products, send us a message to process the refund or replacement. If proven that the product is at fault, we will cover the shipping cost.

Any orders that have been returned to our facility due to one of the following reasons will incur a $10.00 restocking fee:

• The order was not collected from the post office it was transferred to

• The order had incorrect shipping information

• The customer has chosen to not accept the delivery and the order is returned to Smooth Sales

If the product is not in a resalable condition, then you will be required to pay the restocking fee and the return postage.
