Lexmark Return Program Cartridges
Lexmark Return Program cartridges are patented print cartridges sold at a discount in exchange for the customer's agreement to the license requirement that the cartridges will be used only once and returned only to Lexmark for remanufacturing and/or recycling. The Return Program cartridges are licensed for single use only and are designed to stop working after the delivery of a fixed amount of toner/ink. A variable amount of toner/ink will remain in the cartridge when replacement is required. In addition, the cartridge is designed to automatically update the memory in your printer to protect against the introduction of counterfeit and/or unauthorized third-party cartridges. If the customer does not accept these terms, replacement cartridges sold without these terms are available through www.lexmark.com.

All products are shipped with Either Australia Post or FedEx. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery may take 3-10 business days.

Our 12-month Return to Base warranty covers any hardware defects that may arise under normal usage conditions. If you encounter any issues with your refurbished computer's hardware during this period, simply return it to us. We will repair or replace the device at no additional cost to you. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that you're protected against any unexpected hardware failures. Note that the warranty does not cover software issues, accidental damage, user data, or problems resulting from misuse or improper handling.

You may return any product that is still under warranty for a Warranty Claim. Australian Computer Traders offers a Return-to-Base Warranty with all our items. This means that you are responsible for returning the Items covered by Warranty to our Brisbane office at your expense. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish.

We accept change-of-mind returns, please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Change of Mind returns must be requested within 30 days and the product must be sent in original condition with any supplied accessories.

Please note when returning items, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking service and consider insuring the product for the amount of your original purchase price in the event the item goes missing. Australian Computer Traders is not liable for any losses incurred in posting the item(s) back.
