While their Dracoths charge forward spitting sizzling bolts of lightning, the Tempestors unleash the fury of their volleystorm crossbows, loosing a hail of bolts that burn like blazing meteorites. Tempestors can concentrate their fire to fell the most powerful of foes, or blast holes in enemy lines for other Dracothian Guard to exploit. This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components necessary to assemble two Dracothian Guard Tempestors, armed with volleystorm crossbows, warblade and sigmarite shields and each mounted on a ferocious Dracoth. This kit also allows you to make any of the following Dracothian Guard variants: Fulminators armed with stormstrike glaives and sigmarite shields; Concussors, armed with lightning hammers and sigmarite shields; Desolators, armed with thunderaxes and sigmarite shields. One Dracothian Guard can also be optionally assembled as Lord-Celestant on Dracoth armed with a selection of weapons including tempestos hammer, thunderaxe, lightning hammer, stormstrike glaive and sigmarite shield. This kit comes in 80 components and is supplied with two 90x52mm Citadel Oval bases.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
