All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the placement of the order.

Missing Items
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, Anytime Makeup requires you to notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. This allows us to promptly address the issue with the courier. Claims made after 30 days from the order date will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, most products can be returned within 30 days under our Change of Mind policy. Please follow these steps:
Contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval.
Return the item in its original, unopened packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will resolve the matter.
Important Notes:
The return postage is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using tracking or insurance for returns.
Returns are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
Fees may apply for returned items.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address
If your order is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Anytime Makeup cannot refund or resend the order. We will deduct the Return to Sender fee ($11.00) charged by Australia Post. If an agreement is made with the courier for redelivery, Anytime Makeup holds no responsibility if the parcel is lost or misdirected.
Goods Missing in Transit
In the case of missing goods, Anytime Makeup requires that you notify us within 30 days from the order date to investigate with the courier. Claims made after 30 days from the order date will not be accepted.
Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to an order, this may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately. Provide a clear description of the issue along with detailed images. We will assist in providing an exchange or refund, depending on the situation. Misuse of the product voids eligibility for returns or exchanges.
Allergic Reactions
In the rare case of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product and take a clear photo of the reaction. Contact our customer service team for assistance. Returns due to allergic reactions must be no more than 20% used, and the return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
