APN Configuration: Sometimes the device correctly detects your carrier name but does not automatically configure the APN. In this case, please manually set the APN to match your SIM provider. The correct APN for Telstra-based networks is: Telstra.internet. Contact us for a detailed APN setup guide if needed.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
